How do I start this process?
Finding a therapist can be a tricky process, but ensuring a good fit on both sides is essential. That is why I offer free 20 min consultation calls (video or audio). During those, we can talk through some of your questions, concerns, and expectations and also my approach to therapy without any pressure. After that you can decide if you would like to schedule a first session, or if you’d rather keep looking. Do you take insurance?
I am in network with many insurances, and can provide superbills that may help with reimbursement from insurances I am not in network with.. If you plan to submit documentation for reimbursement, I recommend consulting your insurance company to confirm your coverage prior to our initial appointment. Note that couples therapy can be covered by insurance in only some instances.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Along with telehealth options, I offer in person sessions in Westlake, Seattle. There is plenty of easy parking, beautiful views, and it is ADA accessible.
